I had clearly reserved a room for four people, yet I was informed that this wasn't possible, forcing us to pay for an extra room. The quality of toilet paper provided was subpar, which further contributed to my dissatisfaction.

You get what you pay for, and this place was fine. Basic room, but what would you expect for 40 euro.

The place was sleek and had decent staff with a different member of staff, truly enjoyed the stay. This was a marvellous and perfect location just off the university and Parkway Retail park and Shopping centre, and Easy to find.

Travelodge Limerick Castletroy, is what is says on the advertising... a no frills hotel, the room was large and comfortable, however lacking in atmosphere
The receptionist on our arrival could have been friendlier

I almost thought about leaving a good review but then i remembered i was suffocated in a stuffy room with a fan that woudl ve been better off as a paperweight. Plus, when i decided to ask for a fan, the staff acted like i was asking for a royal feast instead of basic comfort. Absolutely unacceptable.

I liked the fact that the rooms are extremely spacious - I booked the hotel expecting bare essentials but the rooms are top notch. The wall taken up entirely by a window makes for easy access to fresh air and also makes the room comfortably lit at any time of day as well as providing a nice view. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the television was of very good quality with plenty of channels. The bathroom was spotless, with plenty of towels and freshly cleaned surfaces and not a thing out of place. The desk space was very useful for settling in and there was plenty of space to store my clothing, bag and other bits and pieces. I felt like my belongings were secure in the hotel also as the staff were extremely helpful and the lift even required a keycard to activate. The shower had great pressure and temperature any time of day or night, and the hotel had a nearby shop that did snacks, breakfast and drinks as well as being a 5 minute walk to the convention I was attending in the nearby Carlton hotel.
The single "problem" or flaw with the room if you could go so far as to call it that was that at least one of the pillow cases had some minor stains, that's how little trouble I had with this hotel.

We had a fun group getaway and loved the helpful staff and spacious room. We explored the nearby Castletroy Shopping Centre and enjoyed a movie. Make sure to check out the Angela's Ashes Walking Tour, too! Great location for activities like golfing.
It upset her, especially when she just wanted to pay for the additional guest.
